Golden Hills administrators and teachers were challenged to recognize the seeds of brilliance in those around them and to explore their own seeds of brilliance. Peter Gamwell worked with Golden Hills staff for a number of days. He also spent time with individual school teams to understand the conditions necessary to allow creativity to flourish. Growth occurred through a collision of ideas as teachers and administrators implemented ideas to enrich the experience for students. Our school teams documented and captured the powerful work/learning into a display that was then shared at a Creativity Fair. Teachers and administrators walked away from that day with a mashup of ideas filled with inspiration and energy to move these ideas forward.
